Insurance & Billing Department
We’re a growing mental health practice in Provo looking for an organized, dependable, and motivated Office Administrator who enjoys solving problems, learning new systems, and helping things run smoothly.
You do not need to come in knowing everything about healthcare administration or billing. We provide hands-on training and are looking for someone who learns quickly, communicates well, asks good questions, and follows things through to completion.
This role is a great fit for someone who likes structure, enjoys figuring things out, and wants to grow into more responsibility over time.
What You’ll Do
- Help keep office and administrative tasks organized and moving
- Communicate with patients, insurance companies, and team members
- Assist with billing, insurance claims, and patient account questions
- Research and resolve issues when something does not look right
- Make phone calls and follow up until questions are answered
- Learn and use healthcare software, insurance portals, and office systems
- Help maintain accurate records and documentation
- Support day-to-day administrative needs across the practice
- Work with our team to identify problems and improve processes
- Use TherapyNotes, Availity, Google Workspace, and Microsoft tools

Experience

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
