Overview
We are seeking a strategic, hands-on leader to serve as VP, Enterprise Applications & ERP, responsible for driving the global vision, governance, and delivery of enterprise systems—primarily focused on ERP financial platforms.
This position partners closely with executive leadership to ensure ERP and enterprise applications support business transformation, operational efficiency, and long-term growth. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Workday Financials along with a strong track record of leading large-scale enterprise application ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
- Define and lead the global strategy for ERP and enterprise applications
- Build and mentor high-performing teams focused on delivery and continuous improvement
- Establish a culture of accountability, execution, and measurable results
- Partner with executive stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and Operations
ERP & Application Delivery
- Lead implementation, optimization, and ongoing delivery of Workday Financials
- Oversee integration across enterprise platforms (CRM, procurement, expense management, analytics)
- Ensure seamless, end-to-end back-office processes and system alignment
- Translate business needs into actionable technology solutions
Governance & Operations
- Establish governance frameworks for ERP and enterprise systems
- Drive process standardization, automation, and financial controls
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, audit requirements, and data regulations
- Monitor delivery performance, ROI, and business value realization
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Collaborate with business and technology leaders to define transformation roadmaps
- Manage vendor relationships, including Workday and implementation partners
- Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, or related field
- 10 years of leadership experience in ERP and enterprise application delivery
- Proven experience leading Workday Financials implementations and enhancements
- Strong background managing complex, global enterprise application environments
- Experience working with Finance, Accounting, and operational stakeholders
- Demonstrated success delivering large-scale initiatives on time and within budget
Key Skills & Expertise
- Deep knowledge of Workday Financials (GL, AP, AR, Expenses, Procurement, Reporting)
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
