Job Title: Site Access & Compliance Coordinator

About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Site Access & Compliance Coordinator to support daily operations at a large construction site. In this role, you’ll help manage who enters the site, ensure all workers are properly approved, and assist with onboarding and basic system support.

What You’ll Do
Site Access & Security
- Check workers in and out using badge or digital systems
- Verify credentials before allowing entry
- Manage visitor access and temporary badges
- Maintain order and flow at entry gates
Onboarding & Support
- Help new workers get set up in the system
- Guide workers on how to use badges, passes, and mobile tools
- Assist with document collection and account setup
- Provide support to workers who may need extra help (including multilingual assistance when needed)
Basic Troubleshooting
- Help resolve common access or badge issues
- Escalate more complex problems to the support team
- Act as the go-to person on-site for access-related questions
Communication & Service
- Provide friendly and professional support to workers and site staff
- Clearly explain processes and requirements
- Share feedback from the field to improve operations
