About the Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced RSA Archer Security Specialist to support large-scale cybersecurity, governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) initiatives within a complex enterprise environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving security and compliance challenges, improving risk visibility, and building scalable Archer solutions that support business and regulatory needs.
You’ll work closely with security, compliance, infrastructure, and leadership teams to enhance enterprise risk management processes and strengthen overall security operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Configure, maintain, and improve RSA Archer applications and modules
- Build workflows, questionnaires, assessments, forms, and reporting solutions
- Support Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) initiatives across the organization
- Integrate Archer with enterprise tools such as ServiceNow, identity platforms, and security systems
- Develop automated workflows and role-based access controls
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Support compliance efforts aligned with frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize Archer performance
- Assist with audit readiness, risk tracking, and security governance initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience administering and configuring RSA Archer
- Experience supporting enterprise GRC or cybersecurity programs
- Knowledge of risk management, compliance, and security frameworks
- Experience building custom Archer workflows and applications
- Familiarity with REST APIs, web services, and system integrations
- Experience with JavaScript and jQuery customizations within Archer
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced enterprise environments
Preferred Experience
- Experience working in highly regulated or enterprise-level environments
- Background in cybersecurity operations, audit support, or compliance management
- Familiarity with structured change management processes
- Experience supporting continuous compliance or security governance programs
Required Certification
One of the following certifications is required:
- Archer Certified Professional (ACP)
- RSA Archer Certified Administrator – Expert Level
