Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Business Relationship Manager to support Supply Chain IT operations within a large enterprise environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring stable, compliant, and business-aligned technology solutions across ERP systems and integrated applications.
You will partner closely with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to support day-to-day operations, drive continuous improvement, and translate business needs into actionable IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
IT Operations and Support
- Support daily ERP and application operations by monitoring system performance and data flows
- Ensure stable system functionality aligned with business needs
- Serve as primary contact for functional issues, enhancements, and process questions
- Partner with IT teams and vendors to resolve issues and deliver solutions
- Communicate system updates, maintenance, and outages to users
- Monitor performance and escalate risks or issues as needed
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, security policies, and regulations
Incident and Service Management
- Coordinate incident resolution and communicate business impact
- Support major incident triage and stakeholder updates
- Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Help define monitoring controls to improve system stability
- Ensure service and access requests follow established processes
Business Partnership (Supply Chain, Operations, Finance)
- Gather and translate business requirements into IT solutions
- Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and improvements (O2C, P2P, inventory, logistics, manufacturing)
- Support testing, data validation, and process alignment
- Participate in workshops and improvement initiatives
- Document business processes and system interactions
Change and Release Management
- Support release planning, testing, and business readiness
- Assist with change impact assessments and risk evaluation
- Ensure adherence to ITIL-based change processes
- Validate system changes across DEV, TEST, and PROD environments
Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination
- Partner with vendors and internal teams to deliver requirements
- Participate in service reviews and performance analysis
- Support improvements to service delivery and documentation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization
- Support improvement initiatives and solution adoption
- Contribute to enhancements in service delivery and support models
- Partner with leadership on scalable IT solutions
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
Experience
- 4–7 years of experience in IT operations, application management, or similar environment
- Experience supporting Supply Chain and/or Finance business functions
- 2–3 years of experience in IT Service Management within a Cloud ERP environment
Technical Skills
- Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP or similar systems
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Experience with integrations (APIs, EDI, middleware such as Boomi or Oracle Integration Cloud)
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
