IT Project Manager – Enterprise Technology Projects
Type: Long-term Contract (potential for conversion)

CornerStone Technology Talent Services is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager - Enterprise Technology Projects to provide project management support across multiple concurrent technology initiatives. This position will lead projects spanning enterprise applications, infrastructure, systems implementations, vendors, and business operations in a public-sector environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and lead large-scale or complex IT projects involving cross-departmental and cross-functional teams.
- Manage a portfolio of concurrent projects with varying scope, size, complexity, and priority.
- Partner with departments to identify, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
- Establish and maintain project schedules, budgets, resource plans, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Prioritize projects based on business needs and allocate resources across competing initiatives.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders, management, and leadership.
- Coordinate projects across application, infrastructure, security, vendor, and business teams.
- Prepare or review RFPs, bid specifications, contracts, change orders, and vendor selection documentation.
- Collaborate with vendor implementation teams to resolve technical issues and support system configuration or customization.
- Conduct project assessments to ensure delivered solutions meet organizational goals and user requirements.
- Support PMO governance, project reporting, documentation standards, and continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.
- Five or more years of experience in IT project management, systems analysis, technology delivery, or related areas.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple IT projects simultaneously.
- Broad experience delivering application, infrastructure, systems implementation, and business technology projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, resource allocation, project prioritization, and staffing.
- Experience with system development lifecycle processes and systems analysis methods.
- Strong PMO experience, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination capabilities.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills.
- Ability to analyze project challenges, evaluate alternatives, and make sound recommendations.
- Public-sector, municipal, or government project experience is preferred.
- Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Certification Requirements
- Must obtain Arizona Criminal Justice Information System Terminal Operator Certification – Level D within one month of hire.
- Must obtain Project Management Professional certification within 12 months of hire.
Salary : $60 - $70
