LOCATION
Dallas, TX 75210 | Onsite
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $23.00/hour
• Wednesday through Sunday, approximately 8–10 hour shifts
• Thursday through Sunday shifts begin around 7:00 AM (staggered start times may apply)
• Temporary assignment
ROLE IMPACT
Support a fast-paced automotive market research event by creating a positive experience for participants and ensuring event operations run smoothly. Success in this role means providing outstanding customer service, assisting with basic technology needs, and maintaining a professional, welcoming environment throughout the assignment.
• Assist participants throughout the automotive market research event.
• Distribute tablets/iPads and provide basic troubleshooting assistance.
• Greet participants, answer general questions, and provide event support.
• Open and close vehicle doors, distribute materials, and assist at information stations.
• Maintain a professional presence while standing and walking throughout the workday.
• Reliable with excellent attendance and commitment to the full assignment.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Comfortable using tablets/iPads and standing or walking for extended periods.
• Professional appearance required.
DRESS CODE
• Tattoos should be covered when possible.
Black pants (no jeans), white polo or white shirt, comfortable tennis shoes; black sweater or jacket permitted.
• Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are provided.
• Standing and walking are required for most of the shift. No heavy lifting is required.
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience supporting events, hospitality, or customer-facing environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting.
