SENIOR CUSTOMER SUCCESS SUPERVISOR
Fort Worth, TX | Onsite
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• Pay Range: $75,000–$90,000 annually
• Full-Time, Exempt
• Monday–Friday standard business hours
ROLE IMPACT
The Senior Customer Success Supervisor leads a high-performing customer service and order management team dedicated to delivering a best-in-class client experience. This role ensures seamless customer order processing, drives operational accuracy and efficiency, and champions continuous improvement across systems and processes. Success in this role is measured by team engagement, customer satisfaction, and adherence to quality and compliance standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise and coach a team of Customer Success Representatives, overseeing workload allocation, performance reviews, and training.
• Ensure timely and accurate order processing, fulfillment, invoicing, and return management across EDI and manual workflows.
• Partner with logistics and 3PL providers to resolve shipping, consignment, and delivery issues.
• Maintain compliance documentation for quality, audit readiness, and contract accuracy.
• Serve as ERP/CRM key user for Microsoft Dynamics GP, SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, and EDI (TrueCommerce).
• Analyze Power BI and Excel dashboards to identify trends and performance metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 3–5 years’ experience in a customer service, success, or operations leadership role.
• Experience supervising and developing team members in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ERP and CRM system proficiency (Microsoft Dynamics GP, SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce).
• Hands-on EDI experience (850, 855, 856, 810, 820, 852 transactions).
• Excellent problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.

EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Office-based environment with regular computer and phone use.
• Sedentary work: may occasionally lift up to 10 lbs.
• Requires close visual acuity for data entry and document review.
• Minimal travel (0–5%).
