REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 3 years of quality assurance, document control, or manufacturing experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat (PDF editing, compilation, and formatting)
• High school diploma or equivalent
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience using MasterControl or similar document control systems
• Working knowledge of Glovia ERP
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
Pay: $20/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7AM to 3:30PM

ROLE IMPACT
- Supports Quality Control and Document Control by ensuring complete, accurate, and audit-ready manufacturing documentation
- Success is defined by the timely compilation of Manufacturing Record Books (MRBs), accurate traceability from raw materials to finished goods, and organized digital records within quality management systems
- Work directly supports compliance, customer deliverables, and production efficiency
- Review, organize, name, and upload quality records into MasterControl (electronic Quality Management System)
- Compile and assemble Manufacturing Record Books (MRBs) and project-specific data books (large PDF document packages)
- Communicate with internal departments, customers, and vendors to correct traceability gaps and obtain missing or inaccurate documentation
- Issue inspection stamps and perform periodic stamp audits to ensure compliance
- Maintain QC purchase requisitions and distribute supplier surveys for Approved Supplier List (ASL) maintenance
- Assist in the design and creation of forms, certifications, labels, and barcodes
- Perform final certification of resilient mounts and support general administrative duties for the QC department
Equipment & Work Environment
• Daily use of MasterControl (Quality Management System) and large digital data books (PDF compilation and editing)
• Experience with Glovia (ERP system) preferred
• Standard office environment within a manufacturing facility
• Frequent computer-based work requiring strong attention to detail and document accuracy
• Basic math skills required (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
