Pharmacy Fulfillment Packaging Associate
Location: Onsite | Jeffersonville, IN,
Compensation & Schedule
• $17.31/hr
• Monday 8:00am–6:30pm; Tuesday–Friday 10:00am–7:30pm; Saturday 12:00am–8:30pm
• W-2 contract
Role Impact: The Pharmacy Fulfillment Associate ensures accurate, timely packaging and distribution of prescription medications to retail pharmacies and end customers. This role directly supports patient access to medication by maintaining 100% accuracy and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in a fast-paced, semi-automated production environment. Success is measured by quality, productivity, and teamwork.
Key Duties
• Pack, sort, and ship prescription orders to retail pharmacies and end customers using established SOPs.
• Use supported warehouse hardware and software systems to ensure 100% order accuracy and efficiency.
• Read and interpret computer-generated screens to select correct items for packing and sorting.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and complete additional duties as assigned.
• Support mandatory overtime as required based on business needs.
Minimum Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift and carry 20–30 lbs. short distances and 15 lbs. on an extended basis; ability to walk and stand throughout the entire shift.
• Reliable transportation, ability to work scheduled shifts, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Equipment & Work Environment
• Semi-automated production and warehouse environment.
• Climate-controlled facility.
• Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and carrying.
• Computer-based picking and order fulfillment systems.
Preferred Skills
• Previous pharmacy experience.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
