Pharmacy Fulfillment Associate
Location Cary, NC | Onsite
Compensation & Schedule
• $20.00 – $21.00/hour
• Tuesday–Saturday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (needs to be flexible to work Monday - Friday and Tuesday - Saturday on alternating weeks)
ROLE IMPACT: Join a fast-paced pharmacy operations team focused on accurate and timely delivery of prescription orders. This role is central to outbound shipment fulfillment, requiring attention to detail, efficiency, and a strong work ethic to maintain high standards of patient care. Success is defined by timely Rx shipment preparation and reliable team collaboration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Pack prescription medications for direct shipment via UPS/FEDEX
• Unload and restock shipping supplies using pallet jacks
• Maintain clean, organized shipping and packing stations
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with packing standards
• Assist with inventory prep and supply staging as needed
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 1 year in a warehouse, pharmacy, or shipping environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Reliable transportation to onsite location
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Pallet jacks
• UPS/FedEx shipping systems
• Manual and electronic packing systems
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
• Flexibility with evolving work schedules
