HR Employee Relations Partner
Location Dallas, TX 75201 | Onsite (Self-Paid Parking)
Compensation & Schedule
• $25/hour
• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Role Impact
The Senior Employee Relations Partner drives fair, timely, and compliant resolution of workplace matters across the organization. This role leads complex employee relations investigations and ensures adherence to personnel rules, administrative directives, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Success is defined by objective findings, thorough documentation, defensible reporting, and consistent process integrity that supports leadership decision-making and organizational trust.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct and oversee internal workplace investigations involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) concerns, theft, policy violations, and related employee relations matters within established timelines
• Research, collect, and analyze physical and testimonial evidence; document interviews with complainants, respondents, and witnesses; maintain evidence integrity according to established procedures
• Draft comprehensive, fact-based investigation reports including findings, conclusions, and recommendations for administrative review
• Manage and maintain accurate, complete records within the Case Management System (CMS); generate weekly and monthly analytical reports using internal systems
• Develop and facilitate training for leaders and employees on employee relations topics, workplace conduct, ethics, and compliance standards
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or Social Sciences
• 5 years of professional experience in employee relations, investigative reporting/writing, mediation, or arbitration (no more than 2 years-based bullets total across sections)
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
