COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $30.00 per hour
• Monday–Friday (standard business hours; occasional weekends/holidays as needed)
• W2 – Contract/Temporary
ROLE IMPACT
The Customer Support Associate plays a critical role in delivering high-quality service and timely issue resolution for customers in a regulated, fast-paced environment. This position ensures inquiries are handled accurately, escalations are managed professionally, and internal teams are aligned to drive positive outcomes. Success in this role is defined by responsiveness, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve complex issues end-to-end while maintaining service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage inbound customer inquiries through a ticketing system, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional resolution
• Serve as a liaison between customers and internal cross-functional teams to coordinate issue resolution and maintain clear communication
• Handle escalated concerns with professionalism, documenting findings and escalating appropriately when needed
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support workflow enhancements to increase efficiency and service quality
• Participate in scheduled on-call coverage and provide support during weekends or holidays as business needs require
Minimum Qualifications
• 3–4 years of experience in customer support, client services, or a related field
• Experience supporting customers in financial services, fintech, or other regulated environments
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex issues from intake to resolution
• Core Tools & Systems
• Ticketing and case management systems (e.g., Zendesk or similar platforms)
• CRM systems
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Internal knowledge base and documentation tools
Preferred Skills
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, or digital asset platforms
• Basic understanding of financial markets and trading concepts
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
