Customer Care Representative – Healthcare Support
Location: Louisville, KY | Hybrid
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• Pay: $17.00/hour
• Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (onsite for approximately 6–8 weeks or until successful completion of training)
• Regular Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM
• Contract
• Potential for full-time conversion based on performance and business needs
ROLE IMPACT
As a Customer Care Representative, you will serve as a key point of contact for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers, ensuring timely access to medication services and support. Success in this role requires delivering accurate information, resolving customer needs efficiently, and creating a positive experience during every interaction. This position offers an opportunity to build healthcare industry experience while contributing to improved patient outcomes.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers
• Provide exceptional customer service and accurate information regarding patient accounts, refills, and shipment scheduling
• Process prescription refill requests and coordinate medication shipments
• Resolve customer inquiries and identify appropriate next steps for issue resolution
• Document interactions and follow established policies and procedures
• Maintain productivity, quality, and attendance standards
• Adapt to changing business needs and work schedules as required
• Minimum 1 year of call center experience
• Pharmacy Board Technician Registration required before or on the first day of employment
• Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
