CORRESPONDENT SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST
LOCATION
Richmond, VA | Onsite
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $19.05/hour
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• 3–6 month contract assignment
• Desired start date: August 24, 2026
ROLE IMPACT
Support correspondent clients throughout the appraisal review process by delivering timely, accurate communication and responsive service. This role manages client inquiries, coordinates appraisal review requests, and partners with internal teams to resolve issues. Success is defined by meeting service levels, maintaining accurate tracking, and providing a positive client experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage a client-facing email inbox and respond to correspondent client inquiries.
• Submit and track appraisal review requests, provide status updates, and communicate review outcomes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and obtain necessary information.
• Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of appraisal review activity.
• Meet established service levels while delivering responsive client support.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to provide clear, timely client updates.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

PREFERRED SKILLS
• Knowledge of mortgage lending, correspondent lending processes, underwriting requirements, investor guidelines, and appraisal terminology.
• Familiarity with appraisal review workflows, related documentation, and external client support.
• Experience with loan origination systems (LOS) and mortgage technology platforms.
