COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• Base: $60,000
• Bonus: Up to $10,000 (uncapped potential)
• Full-Time | W2 | Start Dates: January 2026

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Source, vet, and engage subject-matter experts for real-time client consultations
• Manage fast-paced projects and deliver expert insights under tight deadlines
• Execute high-volume cold calls and client outreach to meet connection targets
• Learn and navigate diverse industries, financial markets, and business models
• Build relationships across consulting, hedge fund, and private equity clients
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree
• Demonstrated leadership, extracurricular, or entrepreneurial initiative
• Clear and confident communicator with strong phone presence
• Resilient, curious, and excited to work in a competitive, client-driven environment
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• CRM and pipeline management systems
• Market research tools and internal compliance systems
• Salesforce and other outreach platforms
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Sales or recruitment internship experience
• Foreign language or international exposure
