Compensation & Schedule
• $17.82 per hour
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
• Temporary assignment (30–45 days)

Role Impact
This temporary role supports a new system implementation by ensuring accurate and timely posting of incoming payments. Success in this position means customer accounts are updated correctly, financial records remain accurate, and daily mail processing stays on schedule during the transition period.
Key Responsibilities
• Open, review, and process incoming mail related to customer payments
• Post payments accurately to customer accounts within the system
• Verify payment details and resolve basic discrepancies
• Support data accuracy during system implementation
Minimum Qualifications
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate software systems
• Ability to read, interpret, and accurately enter information from documents
• Strong attention to detail and reliability in a structured office environment
Core Tools & Systems
• Payment processing or accounts receivable systems
• Basic office software (e.g., data entry platforms, email)
• Computer, scanner, and standard office equipment
Preferred Skills
• Prior experience in accounts receivable, payment posting, or cash application
• Experience supporting system conversions or implementations
• Ability to meet daily processing deadlines
