ROLE IMPACT:
The Bilingual Collections Agent manages early-stage delinquency accounts within the auto finance portfolio, helping prevent accounts from progressing into higher-risk stages. This role directly supports revenue protection and loss mitigation by delivering timely, compliant payment solutions and accurate account resolution. Success is defined by strong call quality, regulatory adherence, and consistent achievement of service level expectations in a high-volume call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage 1–30 day past due auto loan (car/van) accounts through outbound and inbound calls to drive timely payments
• Communicate balances, resolve account discrepancies, and offer payment solutions to reduce delinquency
• Support higher-stage or escalated delinquency accounts as needed
• Conduct contract reviews to validate terms, payment history, insurance, and banking details
• Update customer information, generate payoff quotes, assess past due charges, and document all account activity in internal systems
Minimum Qualifications
• Fluent in Spanish (verbal and written)
• 1 year of call center, collections, or auto finance experience
• Strong data entry accuracy with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously

• Multi-system account servicing platforms (loan servicing and payment systems)
• Call center phone systems (inbound/outbound dialing environments)
Preferred Skills
• Experience in auto finance or early-stage delinquency collections
• Strong time management skills in a performance-based call center setting
• Ability to interpret contracts and explain financial terms clearly to customers
