AIA BILLING / PROJECT ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
LOCATION
Arlington, TX 76011
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• Competitive (range available on request)
• Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
• Temporary assignment, approximately 90 days, with potential to extend based on project volume
ROLE IMPACT
Support accurate and timely project billing by gathering documentation for General Contractor (GC) pay applications and AIA billing. This role helps keep invoicing on schedule by tracking required information, following up on outstanding documentation, and creating triggers for project management to invoice.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Gather and organize information needed to complete AIA billing documentation and GC pay applications.
• Submit required AIA billing information to General Contractors and follow up on outstanding items.
• Enter and maintain accurate project and invoicing information.
• Create billing triggers and communicate with project management when projects are ready to invoice.
• Use Excel to track billing details, documentation, and project information.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including accurate data entry and spreadsheet management.
• Good math skills and ability to work accurately with billing-related information.
• AIA billing, AIA pay application, construction billing, or GC pay application experience preferred; candidates with strong Excel and math skills may be trained.
