Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot residential plumbing issues including repairing leaks, burst pipes, clogged drains, water heaters, and fixture replacements with precision and expertise
- Educate homeowners on the condition of their plumbing systems and clearly explain repair and replacement options
- Present solutions and recommendations that best fit the customer’s needs and home while maintaining integrity and professionalism
- Conduct thorough inspections of structures, locate and mark positions of pipes, connections, and necessary passage holes within walls and floors for seamless plumbing work
- Interpret drawings and layouts from mechanical plans when needed
- Build and repair plumbing systems including gas, water, sewer, and steam systems as required
- Ensure proper billing, invoicing, and daily documentation of activities using provided technology
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from the first interaction through project completion

Qualifications:
- Three (3) years of experience in residential plumbing service
- Comfortable discussing repair vs. replacement options and presenting solutions to homeowners
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Proficiency in plumbing techniques and procedures, including the ability to interpret mechanical drawings and layouts accurately
- Ability to handle the physical demands associated with plumbing tasks
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Valid driver’s license
