The Residential HVAC Lead Installer will work with heat pumps, straight cool & inverter/communicating Equipment for a premium experience and HVAC system. This includes upgrading and improving ductwork, retrofitting equipment, and performing service/mechanic style work from time to time.
Responsibilities:
- Install air conditioning, heating, control systems, IAQ, and humidity and temperature control systems to manufacture specifications per code.
- Startup and troubleshooting a variety of residential HVAC systems.
- Build strong customer relationships; build knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations.
- Performs related work as assigned.
- Keep your work truck and trailer clean and stocked.
- On call rotation for weekends.
Qualifications:
- At least three (3) years Residential HVAC Installation experience as a lead
- EPA Universal Certification
- Valid Driver's License with no major infractions in the last five (5) years
- Ability to take and pass a pre-employment background check and drug test

Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
