Responsibilities:
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration components.
- Proficiency in selling entire HVAC systems and ancillary products, providing comprehensive solutions to meet customer needs.
- Troubleshoot and solve complex problems related to HVAC systems.
- Effective communication and top-tier customer service aptitude.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in HVAC service, sales, and repair.
- Demonstrate expertise in selling ancillary products such as indoor air quality solutions.
- EPA certification for refrigerant handling, is preferred.
- Willingness to continue education in the HVAC field.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
