This role partners with cross-functional teams to introduce complementary services, enhance client value, and strengthen enterprise relationships. Success is defined by measurable pipeline development, increased service adoption, and long-term partnership growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Establish and manage strategic alliances with complementary industry organizations to broaden service capabilities and generate referral opportunities
* Expand market presence by identifying untapped sectors, emerging trends, and new channels for business development
* Cultivate and advance early-stage opportunities through the sales lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational growth objectives
* Collaborate with internal sales teams and enterprise account leaders to introduce value-added solutions, including specialty and seasonal offerings
* Evaluate prospective partners and vendors to ensure operational compatibility, scalability, and non-competitive positioning
Minimum Qualifications
* 5 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or consultative sales within construction, modular solutions, or related industries
* Demonstrated success in developing partnership ecosystems and generating qualified business opportunities
* Ability to travel frequently to support client engagements, partner development, and industry events
