Campaign Manager, Partner Marketing

A fast-growing financial services company is seeking a Campaign Manager, Partner Marketing to support the expansion of its partner-driven marketing channels. This role focuses on the execution, coordination, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns that support referral relationships, embedded partner programs, and franchise/agent networks. The ideal professional excels in managing campaign workflows, collaborating cross-functionally, and using data to guide continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, digital, content, and event channels.
- Translate partner marketing strategies into project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Own campaign setup, QA, deployment, and in-flight optimizations.
- Partner with creative, analytics, and marketing operations teams to ensure flawless execution.
- Develop partner-specific materials, co-branded assets, and campaign toolkits.
- Support communication and coordination with partner-facing teams and external partners.
- Track performance metrics, produce reporting, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Maintain organized workflows, documentation, and marketing assets.
- Serve as the operational link between strategy and execution within the partner marketing function.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in campaign management, growth or acquisition marketing, channel marketing, or B2B marketing.
- Hands-on experience executing multi-channel campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder-coordination skills.
- Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Background in financial services or insurance is a plus, but not required.
