Contracts & Insurance Compliance Coordinator
Location: Fort Worth, TX (Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract (3-6 Months)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Core Business Hours
Pay rate: $25-$30/hour
CornerStone Professional Placement is partnering with a growing organization in Fort Worth to hire a Contracts & Insurance Compliance Coordinator for an immediate project-based opportunity.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented, process-driven environment and enjoys working with contracts, compliance, and organized documentation.

What You'll Do:
* Draft and update contracts using pre-approved templates
* Track contract status, key dates, and financial details in Excel
* Review Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for compliance
* Maintain organized digital contract and compliance records
* Support document retention and audit requests
* Coordinate contract execution via DocuSign
* Partner with accounting on tracking and reporting needs

What We're Looking For:
* Experience with contract coordination, document management, or compliance
* Strong Excel skills (tracking, organization, reporting)
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
* Experience with COIs or insurance documentation is a plus
* QuickBooks or accounting exposure is a bonus (not required)
Salary : $25 - $30
