The Contracts Coordinator supports the full lifecycle management of capital and operational contracts across data center construction and live site operations. This role plays a critical coordination function between Procurement, Legal, Finance, Project Management, and external contractors to ensure contracts are properly drafted, negotiated, executed, tracked, and archived in accordance with company policies.

- 3–6 years of experience in contract coordination, procurement administration, legal administration, or project administration.
- Experience supporting capital or construction projects preferred.
- Strong understanding of contract fundamentals and commercial terms.
- Experience working with Legal teams and contract redlining processes.
- Excellent document control and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple active contracts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
Preferred
- Experience in data center, infrastructure, industrial, or energy sectors.
- Familiarity with construction contract types (MSA, EPC, design-build, service agreements).
- Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) software.
Contract Coordination
Support the full contract lifecycle from drafting through execution and close-out
Prepare and route contracts, amendments, change orders, NDAs, and service agreements using approved templates
Track contract status and manage internal approvals (Procurement, Legal, Finance)
Coordinate redlines and ensure final documents are accurate and complete
Vendor Onboarding & Compliance
Coordinate onboarding of new vendors, including required documentation and ERP setup (SAP preferred)
Track insurance certificates and compliance requirements
Maintain vendor qualification records
Contract Administration & Reporting
Maintain organized contract repositories and trackers
Monitor key dates such as renewals, expirations, and payment milestones
Support reporting on contract commitments and changes
Project & Stakeholder Support
Partner with Procurement, Legal, and Project teams during contract review
Help align contract timelines with project schedules
Support audits and documentation requests as needed
