We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and trustworthy In-Home Non-Medical Caregiver to provide quality companionship and daily living assistance to clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Schedule
Schedules may include part-time, full-time, daytime, evening, overnight, weekend, or PRN work, depending on client needs. We will work with you to determine your preferred schedule!
Compensation
Though we have a base range, pay can increase based on additional qualifications/certifications, schedule incentives, and specific client assignments.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and basic household tasks.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation.
- Provide medication reminders as directed by the client or family.
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, shopping, and social activities.
- Observe and report changes in the client's condition or behavior.
- Maintain accurate and timely care documentation.
Qualifications
- Previous caregiving, home care, senior care, or related experience preferred.
- Compassionate, patient, dependable, and respectful.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors.
- Reliable transportation to shifts.
- Must pass required background checks and meet applicable state requirements.
