• You will support, Cornerstone Services and. You will contribute to our mission of the distribution center by achieving daily productivity standards, achieving positive relations with peers and coworkers, and establishing goals for personal development.
  
  

Where You'll Work

• This role is onsite and will require you to work from our West Chester, OH location daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
  
  

What You'll Do

• Pick and process orders for shipment to the customer
• Quality check all work to ensure proper SKU, color, size and quantity
• Follow and meet all accuracy and performance requirements
• Identify inventory and process issues and present them to management for referral to problem resolution
• Properly fill out profiling change forms, stop signs, and truck maintenance forms
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• All other duties as directed by CSI Management.
  
  

What You'll Bring

• You will repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs. (some roles may require 50-75 lbs.)
• You will follow written and verbal instructions
• You will move within the department as needed
• You will stand for long periods
• Willing to work flexible hours, overtime, and weekends as needed
• You will Works accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
