Position Overview
The Warehouse/Shipping Associate plays a key role in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for receiving, organizing, and shipping products while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders (UPS/Fedex and truck shipments)
- Receive, unload, and properly store incoming inventory
- Palletize and wrap orders for shipment
- Maintain an organized warehouse space and clean environment daily
- Inspect products and shipments for quality, damages, or defects
- Verify and fill customer invoices
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory counts
- Follow company safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Suggest improvements to warehouse efficiency and processes
What We’re Looking For
- Previous warehouse or shipping experience a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team player with a positive, dependable work ethic
- Comfortable operating pallet jacks, hand trucks, and similar equipment
