Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced Server Operations Principal Engineer to manage enterprise-level infrastructure, patching, and system configurations across Windows and Linux environments.
Key Skills:
- Windows Server (2016–2022), Windows 10/11
- Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), DNS, DHCP
- Patch Management & Configuration
- PowerShell / Python scripting
- SCCM, Intune, Auto Patch, Ansible
- Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps (AZDO)
- Linux (RHEL) administration
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage patching policies for system security
- Configure and optimize Windows/Linux servers
- Automate system processes using PowerShell/Python
- Administer AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP environments
- Manage TLS certificates and secure communications
- Troubleshoot complex system and OS-level issues
- Maintain repositories using Git & support DevOps pipelines
- Work with tools like SCCM, Intune, and Ansible
- Collaborate with teams and support knowledge sharing
Qualifications:
- 12 years of IT experience in server operations
- Strong multi-platform expertise (Windows & Linux)
- Experience in performance tuning and incident management
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
