We are looking for a seasoned GCP Cloud Migration Program Manager to lead large-scale cloud transformation and modernization initiatives. The role focuses on driving end-to-end delivery of enterprise migration programs on GCP, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end GCP cloud migration programs
- Define roadmap, KPIs, governance, and delivery milestones
- Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-functional teams
- Drive migration strategies (lift & shift, re-platform, re-architect)
- Ensure adoption of DevOps, automation, and CI/CD
- Align business and technical stakeholders
- Ensure compliance, security, and regulatory standards
- Monitor cost optimization and operational efficiency
- Mentor teams and engage with leadership (C-level stakeholders)
Requirements:
- 14 years IT experience with enterprise systems exposure
- 5 years managing large-scale cloud transformation programs (GCP preferred)
- Strong program management cloud architecture understanding
- Experience with Terraform, CI/CD, and DevOps transformation
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
