I am hiring on behalf of a leading mountain resort seeking an experienced Assistant Banquet Manager to support the execution of high-end banquet and catering operations in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily banquet and F&B operations to ensure smooth service delivery
- Support hiring, training, and supervision of banquet staff
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating teams to meet event requirements
- Ensure high standards of guest service, presentation, and execution
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards across all event spaces
- Support inventory control, equipment management, and vendor coordination
- Assist with setup, service, and breakdown of events
Requirements:
- Previous experience in banquets, events, or high-volume hospitality operations
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, seasonal resort environment
- Excellent attention to detail and guest service focus
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience in luxury or resort hospitality preferred
