Key Responsibilities
- Lead all operational departments with a focus on guest satisfaction and service consistency
- Oversee food and beverage operations to ensure quality, profitability, and efficiency

- Coach and develop department leaders to drive accountability and performance

Qualifications
- Previous General Manager experience in hospitality
- Food and Beverage leadership experience required
- Strong knowledge of regional or destination-driven markets preferred
- Hands-on leadership style with strong communication skills
