Job Duties
• Perform advanced maintenance and repair of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems across large commercial office buildings.
• Lead troubleshooting and corrective action for complex issues in building automation systems, chillers, boilers, and life safety equipment.
• Oversee and coordinate preventative maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with operational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance and training to junior engineers, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
• Extensive hands-on experience in commercial office buildings, with strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Technical certifications such as EPA Universal, HVAC, or electrical license preferred; advanced trade school or equivalent experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to independently diagnose and repair complex building system issues, including automation and energy management systems.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior staff and collaborate effectively with property management teams
