What You Will Do:
- Lead and supervise engineering staff, including scheduling, training, safety management, and daily operations for a large Class A commercial property.
- Oversee preventive maintenance programs, building systems performance, capital projects, and compliance with Local, State, and Federal codes.
- Manage operational budgets, financial reporting, payroll oversight, contract negotiations, and vendor performance.
- Coordinate construction activities, review plans, maintain building documentation, and ensure accurate inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment.
- Support senior property management through tenant relations, owner reporting, and recommending technology or system upgrades.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; 5 years managing Class A high‑rise properties (500,000 sq ft) and 5 years in a leadership role.
- Universal‑certified HVAC technician with hands‑on engineering knowledge and the ability to train others.
- Strong understanding of building codes, OSHA safety standards, mechanical systems, and problem‑solving through data analysis.
- Excellent communication, customer service, organization, and multitasking skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Professional affiliations (BOMA, SMT/SMA) preferred; integrity, responsiveness, and teamwork essential.
Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
