Job Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our administrative team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by handling various clerical tasks. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing correspondence, and providing support to different departments
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Prepare and process invoices and payment requests
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Perform data entry and update databases as needed
- Provide general administrative support to various departments
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
