OverviewOur organization is seeking a highly skilled, versatile IT Systems & Support Engineer—a true “Swiss Army Knife” technical resource—to provide full-spectrum onsite IT support for approximately 100 end users. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for all technology needs, ranging from end-user support and hardware deployment to network troubleshooting, AV system administration, and application management.The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, able to work independently, and comfortable supporting a wide range of technologies. This role requires strong technical breadth, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Spanish-speaking proficiency is a strong plus.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-User & Desktop SupportProvide onsite and remote support for ~100 end users via phone, email, chat, online meetings, or in-person support.Support Microsoft Office 365 applications, SharePoint, MS Teams, and company-specific applications.Provision, configure, and deprovision laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network equipment.Manage hardware/software licensing and inventory, ensuring compliance and accuracy.AV / Conference Room SupportOversee, maintain, and support seven multipurpose conference rooms equipped with Crestron, Zoom, MS Teams, microphones, cameras, webinars, and audio systems.Ensure all AV technology operates reliably for meetings, presentations, and events.Network & Infrastructure SupportSupport and maintain redundant CAT6 cabling infrastructure.Manage and troubleshoot a FortiGate firewall and eight FortiSwitch-148F-FPOE Wi-Fi switches.Monitor and resolve issues related to DNS, domain services, and network performance.Assist with server administration and routine maintenance tasks.Systems AdministrationManage and support Active Directory, group policies, user permissions, and domain services.Administer Microsoft Intune for device management and compliance policies.Oversee Microsoft Advanced Threat Protection (ATP) for endpoint security.Support SharePoint, Teams, and related Microsoft ecosystem applications.Operations & Vendor ManagementWork with technology vendors for hardware procurement, service coordination, and system support.Maintain documentation for systems, configurations, processes, and incident resolutions.Provide recommendations on emerging technologies and improvements to enhance efficiency, security, and scalability.Qualifications3–7 years of hands-on IT support experience in a corporate environment.Strong knowledge of:Windows OS & Microsoft Office 365 SuiteActive Directory & Group PolicyMicrosoft Intune & ATPSharePoint, OneDrive, TeamsNetworking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, switching, firewalls)FortiGate & FortiSwitch experience preferredAV systems (Crestron, Zoom Rooms, Teams Rooms)Experience supporting conference room technology (cameras, mics, speakers, control systems).Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues independently.Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.Spanish fluency a plus.Excellent customer service, communication, and prioritization abilities.Preferred SkillsExperience managing small-to-medium IT environments solo.Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and support workflows.Experience supporting hybrid environments (cloud on-prem).Ability to work in fast-paced and mission-driven organizations.Additional DetailsThis is an full onsite role supporting all office operations.Occasional after-hours support may be required for critical maintenance or events.
