Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk to join one of our top clients finance team on a contract basis with the potential for contract to hire. This role is critical for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely processing of transactions.

AP/AR Clerk
Location: Charlotte, NC
Job Type: Contract / Contract to Hire
Hourly Rate: Market Rate

Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports
• Prepare and post customer invoices and receipts
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with month-end closing activities
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with company policies

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of AP/AR experience
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
