THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING
- Finance and accounting group reporting to the Accounting Manager
- U.S. office absorbing AR functions previously based in Brazil
- Team focused on service, collaboration, and alignment with global operations
- Highly visible within finance leadership as they stabilize and restructure AR/AP
- U.S. office, onsite role with global team interactions
- Hands-on AR responsibilities with planned expansion into AP over time
- Exposure to ERP (SAP) processes and reconciliation work
- Cross-functional experience working with sales and customer service teams
- Opportunity to grow breadth of skills across receivables and payables
- Provides immediate support to stabilize AR function after recent turnover
- Strengthens collections, cash application, and reconciliation efforts
- Bridges AR and AP as the company rebalances responsibilities from Brazil to the U.S.
- Improves controls and visibility for finance leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- 1–3 years of accounts receivable experience with willingness to learn AP
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- ERP/Excel skills and eagerness to work in a global, cross-functional team
