What You’ll Do
✅ Generate invoices for customers
✅ Manage collections via calls and emails using Aging Reports
✅ Apply cash to correct accounts
✅ Collaborate with Accounting Manager & Controller on automation projects
✅ Perform data entry and ad hoc analysis in Excel
✅ Support additional tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
✨ Some exposure to Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Collections (internship or coursework counts!)
✨ Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
✨ Problem-solving mindset & eagerness to learn
✨ Excellent communication skills
✨ Ability to work on-site 4–5 days per week
