- Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Oversee and manage the accounting team while remaining hands-on.
- Complete an ongoing accounting outsourcing project and optimize outsourced service support.
- Ensure accurate and complete property reporting, operational business financial statements, and cash reports.
- Focus on development accounting, property management accounting, and investment activities.

Qualifications
- Proven ability to quickly come up to speed in a dynamic environment.
- Strong experience in real estate accounting, including development and property management.
- Must have experience with one or two real estate development companies.
- Familiarity with fund investment accounting.
- MRI system experience preferred; open to candidates with other real estate management systems.
- Demonstrated success working with senior leadership and managing teams.
- Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution.
