The Position:

• We’re looking for a Customer Care Representative who is willing to help out the production team when needed. The pay range is based on experience
• We offer paid vacation and holidays, 401(k) with company match and profit sharing
• We also offer a comprehensive health insurance packages for full-time positions
  
  

Requirements:

• 1-3 years sales experience, Bachelor’s degree in related field is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet, Email, and Mac computers
• Time Management and good written, oral communication, and basic math skills
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Answering customer phone calls and emails
• Providing material quotes and processing customer orders
• Providing Excellent Customer Service
• Monthly goals and objectives for service goals
• Cold calls and follow up calls to expand business
• Assisting the Production Team as needed
  
  

The Location: This position is based in Kenosha, WI.
