We are hiring for Assistant Food & Beverage Manager!

At Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa, were looking for an energetic and driven Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to help lead operations across two distinct dining outletsall set against the stunning backdrop of the North Georgia mountains.

What Youll Do
- Support the daily operations of two restaurant outlets, ensuring smooth, efficient service
- Lead by exampletraining, coaching, and motivating service teams to deliver exceptional hospitality
- Step in to oversee full dining room operations in the absence of the F&B Manager
- Ensure all service, product quality, and presentation meet Resort standards
- Handle guest interactions with professionalism, including resolving concerns and elevating experiences
- Monitor cash handling, cleanliness, and sanitation standards to ensure compliance
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, and operational organization
- Contribute ideas to improve efficiency, boost sales, and enhance the overall guest experience
- Maintain strong communication across departments to keep operations running seamlessly
What You Bring
- Previous food & beverage leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including service standards and team development
- Working knowledge of financials like budgets, and cost controls
- A hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality
