Job Title: Beverage Cart Attendant

Location: Copper Rock Golf Course — Hurricane, Utah
Position Overview
The Beverage Cart Attendant provides on‑course food and beverage service that enhances the Copper Rock guest experience. You’ll greet every group with a smile, keep the cart fully stocked and immaculately clean, and ensure all transactions meet Utah alcohol‑service regulations and Copper Rock standards. Position is $14.50/hour plus tips.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver memorable service—circulate the course on a set route, anticipate player needs, and upsell daily specials.
- Operate the cart safely over varied terrain; perform pre‑/post‑shift vehicle checks.
- Maintain inventory: stock, rotate, and ice products; alert the clubhouse when supplies run low.
- Handle sales accurately: run a mobile POS, reconcile cash/credit, and complete end‑of‑day reports.
- Comply with state liquor laws and Copper Rock policies, checking IDs and refusing service when required.
- Promote a pristine image: sanitize the cart, coolers, and prep areas to health‑department standards.
- Support the team: assist the snack bar or Outside Services when on‑course traffic is light.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean record.
- Current Utah alcohol server and food‑handler permits (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
- Previous guest‑service or retail/cash‑handling experience preferred.
- Able to lift up to 35 lbs, stand or ride for extended periods, and work in desert heat and variable weather.
- Weekend, holiday, and tournament availability expected March–November.
