MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: 21 years old
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: S. Nevada Health District Health Card (CB - Only), Mohave County Food Handlers Permit (OA Palms - Only), and TAM Card.
JOB SUMMARY:
Prepare and serve all deli outlet food and beverage items.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in food and drink (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) preparation knowledge preferred, or must be willing to be trained. Must be able to move quickly in times of peak business. Must have good eye/hand coordination. Must have a good sense of sight and smell. Must have the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must have the ability to be trained on a point of sale system. Must have excellent customer service and communications skills.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Count opening and closing bank.
- Set-up and maintain a clean/safe kitchen and food service areas.
- Responsible for proper food preparation and ensure that all health and safety standards are met for assigned areas.
- Set up, maintain, restock and break down work area.
- Maintain a clean and safe area for the public.
- Greet every guest in a timely manner. Provide personalized, prompt service and use guest names when possible.
- Take orders; serve food and beverage items to guests.
- Take payment and conduct transactions correctly and quickly. Account for all cash, charge and complimentary sales.
- Clear and sanitize tables, chairs, booths, bar stools after every patron and set up for next patron with proper tableware.
- Remove full bus tubs to dish washing area and wash dishes.
- Other job related duties as assigned and instructed by management.

- Possess the ability to deal with all manner of customers in various states of sobriety in a patient, respectful manner.
- Project a professional image with the ability to communicate with all guests, groups, and coworkers in a courteous and respectful manner.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods of standing, walking on uneven surfaces, and the lifting of moderately heavy objects. The work may require above average strength, agility or dexterity.
WORK CONDITIONS:
The work involves moderate risks or discomforts requiring special safety precautions, e.g. working around moving parts, carts, or machines, or irritant chemicals. May be required to use protective clothing or gear such as masks, gowns, coats, boots, goggles, gloves or shields. This is a 24 hour/7 day a week work environment with varying shifts including weekends and holidays.

- Operate a powered beverage cart in a safe and responsible manner.
- Maintain excellent golf course etiquette when amongst guests.
- Responsible to follow current policies and procedures concerning the beverage cart operation.
- Other job-related duties as assigned and instructed by management.

Work is performed outside in all weather extremes. This is a 24 hour/7 day a week work environment with varying shifts including weekends and holidays.
