What You’ll Do
Manage Inbound Interest: Respond to internet and phone inquiries quickly and professionally.
Client Retention: Execute proactive outreach campaigns to our current customer database (no cold calling).
Expert Guidance: Provide accurate product information on our lineup (RAV4, Tacoma, Highlander, etc.).
Appointment Setting: Schedule high-quality VIP appointments for our sales team.
Lead Nurturing: Use our CRM tools to follow up with leads and maintain high customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
A motivated, coachable, and goal-driven mindset.
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (Background check and drug test required).
Bonus: Fluency in Haitian Creole, Spanish, or Portuguese.
