- $20 per hour base pay
- Weekly performance bonuses
- $10 for every appointment that shows
- $20 for every vehicle sold from your appointments
- $30 total per shown and sold appointment
- Estimated first‑year earnings: $60,000-$75,000

- Service customers interested in vehicle upgrades
- Unsold prospects for continued follow‑up

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound internet and phone inquiries
- Make outbound calls to new prospects, existing clients, and service customers
- Provide accurate information on Toyota vehicles (Camry, RAV4, Highlander, Tacoma, and more)
- Schedule high‑quality appointments for the sales team
- Follow up consistently using CRM tools to maximize customer satisfaction
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Coachable, motivated, and goal‑driven mindset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Background check and drug screening required
