Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound internet and phone inquiries
- Conduct proactive outreach to existing customers (no cold leads)
- Provide accurate information on Toyota vehicles including Camry, RAV4, Highlander, Tacoma, and more
- Schedule high‑quality appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with prospects using CRM tools to maintain strong customer satisfaction
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Coachable, motivated, and goal‑driven attitude
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
