Product Designer Intern

CoPatible is building the infrastructure for meaningful human connection.

At the consumer layer, we bring people together into curated small group experiences with others navigating similar professional transitions, ambitions, and life experiences. Through intentional in person gatherings, we help people build authentic relationships, feel understood, and foster meaningful community.

Beyond community experiences, we are building toward a larger vision around relationship intelligence, talent ecosystems, and the future of human connection. We believe the future of networking, opportunity discovery, recruiting, and collaboration will become increasingly relationship driven rather than transactional.

At the B2B layer, we are exploring how AI powered relationship infrastructure and thoughtful user experiences can help communities, organizations, and talent ecosystems foster stronger engagement, trust, and opportunity discovery at scale.

We are currently in the early stages with real world traction, curated experiences, and an active community validating the need for what we are building.

We are looking for a thoughtful and highly creative Product Designer Intern to help shape the early user experience and product vision of CoPatible.

This is ideal for someone who loves designing products centered around human behavior, emotional connection, belonging, and community. You should care deeply about how technology makes people feel and how intentional design can create trust, comfort, and meaningful interaction.

You will work closely with the founder and engineering team to help design the foundation of CoPatible’s consumer and relationship intelligence platform.

• Brand aligned product experiences
• User research and behavioral insight exploration
• Collaborating with engineering on MVP development

• Experience with product design, UX/UI, or interaction design
• Strong visual taste and attention to user experience
• Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools
• Ability to think both strategically and creatively
• Curiosity around human behavior and social products
• Passion for startups and building from zero to one

Bonus if you have:

• Experience designing consumer social or marketplace products
• Experience with community driven products
• Understanding of behavioral design or psychology
• Motion design, branding, or creative direction experience
• Experience collaborating closely with engineers
• Interest in AI powered consumer experiences
