Product Designer (Agentic Platform)
We are looking for a Product Designer to lead the end-to-end user experience for a heavily funded team of Google Brain alumni. This team is building the Claude Code for industrial engineering, creating a sophisticated platform that translates complex data into actionable physical-world intelligence.
Despite being in the early stages, the company has secured a Tier-1 customer base, including the likes of Tesla and Amazon, and is scaling following a successful Series A.
As the first design hire, you will own the entire product design lifecycle. You will be responsible for defining the visual language of the platform, building intuitive interfaces for complex engineering workflows, and ensuring that powerful AI capabilities are accessible and user-centric.
We are seeking a Founding Product Designer with:
- Zero-to-One Experience: Proven track record of being the first or early designer at a high-growth startup, having built and shipped products from scratch.
- Complexity Management: Expertise in designing for technical personas or complex data-heavy B2B platforms (e.g., developer tools, engineering software, or AI-driven dashboards).
- Full-Stack Design Skills: Proficiency across the entire stack, from high-level UX strategy and wireframing to high-fidelity UI execution and design system management.
- Prototyping Excellence: Ability to create interactive prototypes that effectively communicate complex logic and state changes.
Location: San Francisco, onsite
Compensation: Base salaries in line with top-tier SF Seed/Series A teams, with significant equity upside designed for those seeking to build long-term wealth through company growth.
Salary : $220,000 - $240,000
